Perfecting this beer is the reason we started this brewery. A shared passion to create a dry-as-a-bone, slightly tart and funky, effortlessly drinkable Saison. Light in color and body, with white pepper and flowery notes.
Our table beer. This is a still-evolving low-alcohol Saison to complement whatever is on your table. Full of flavor, light-bodied, with an ABV of 4.5-5%.
Take a Stout grain bill, add Belgian yeast, and you have Belgian Stout. Dark, smooth, and full of flavors imparted by the yeast to complement the complexity of the grain bill. 8.5%
Classic Belgian saison with a fantastic pillowy mouth feel and an earthy, floral base. It suggests malt and nectar sweetness while remaining dry.
This beer is an exploration of hop character sitting somewhere between a New England style IPA and a saison. It is always approachable and easy drinking with the smoothness of a saison and the dank/tropical aromas and flavors of late kettle hop additions.
Fresh Press Fruit Saisons
This ale starts with our workhorse saison base to which we add fresh fruit for a secondary fermentation. We make this beer year round, but especially enjoy visiting farmers' markets to obtain seasonal produce at its peak of freshness. So far, strawberries, rhubarb, peaches, blueberries, and apples have found their way into this beer.
Striving for the benchmark Saison. Dry, earthy, spicy and ever beguiling yeast-driven flavors.
Dark and Barrel-aged
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
This beer is huge. It weighs in at a whopping 10.5% ABV, but you wouldn't know it when you taste it. It is roasty, deep, and lucious with flavors of vanilla, coconut, fig, and a light balance of toasted wood.
